Flag have developed and manufactured synthetic waterproofing liners for use in the roofing, civil engineering and hydraulic sectors since 1963. Milllions of square metres of FLAGON and SOPREMA waterproofing are installed throughout the world each year to meet every conceivable climatic condition

FLAGON TPO is a new generation synthetic liner made using an innovative formulation: EPR (ethylene propylene rubber) modified polyolefin. This enables the installation of the ultimate environment friendly flat roofs .

Flagon TPO Plus

Flag SpA has developed a new TPO membrane, TPO Plus, a high performance synthetic liner providing greater weldability and flexibility. Many years of research and development has resulted in this product which provides more design flexibility, a more user friendly product and a life expectancy in excess of 25 years.

Benefits of TPO Plus:

• the production method allows the blend of polymers, stabilisers, fire retardants and pigments to be altered to suit various climatic conditions and individual design requirements
• more effective light reflecting surface - not only does the lighter colour reduce the heat within the roof build up, but it produces a more efficient light reflecting surface
• improved installation -changes to the mix of additives in TPO Plus improve the membrane's weldability on site as well as its flexibility and malleability
• remains heat weldable through its serviceable life
• easy to install because it provides a much bigger welding window than traditional TPO's

Flag UK offer a range of standard green roof systems together with a number of bespoke systems to suit individual requirements. These can range from low cost, lightweight garden roofs  to natural roofs with a high diversity of species of flora and fauna with long lasting blooming effect. These have a high ecological value and are brilliant for wild bees and butterflies

Garden roofs can be suitable for slighlty pitched roofs and still offer the ability to grow plants and sedum

We are also able to supply garden roofs providing additional living and recreational space for building occupiers. Particularly appealing in public areas, such green space provides additional living space in a tranquil, natural setting.
